We are so grateful to Dr. Hall and his team for taking such good care of our 10-year-old Shih-Tzu, Bitsy. She had a benign mass in her mouth, discovered during routine cleaning (her second in three years) that was growing very aggressively, literally chewing up all the cartilage, bone and tissue in its path. In the end she lost her bottom left jaw, 8 side teeth and front and bottom front teeth--ouch. The recovery took about 2 weeks, but Animal Dental was very professional attentive and caring throughout, with thorough explanations, follow-up calls and emails, in addition to the two schedule post-op visits. Bitsy is now completely back to her cheerful self, eating kibble normally, without it having to be softened at all, and returns in 9 months for a check. We plan to take our other dog with us then for baseline radiographs. Thank you, Dr. Hall, Kim and your whole team for your great care.
